Shipping Policy

At CodeSkool, we prioritize ensuring that your STEM kits and course materials reach you in a timely and secure manner. Here’s an overview of our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping:

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days and never later than 14 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Courier Services: We ship via trusted courier partners such as India Post, BlueDart, FedEx, DTDC and other similar reputable courier companies. Tracking information will be provided to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on location, typically ranging from the second business day to within 14 business days post-dispatch. In no case will the total time from order placement to delivery exceed 30 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available upon request and may incur additional costs. Please contact us for arrangements.

International Shipping:

  • Dispatch Timeline: International orders are dispatched within 3 to 14 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery to the destination country can take between 15 and 60 business days. Tracking information will be provided for all international shipments.
  • Courier Services: International shipments are generally processed via India Post. Once the package reaches the destination country, the local official / government postal service will be responsible for the final delivery.
    Please note that tracking in the destination country depends on the respective country’s official government postal agency, and we cannot provide exact tracking once the package is handed over. We recommend checking your local postal department for their rules, regulations, and tracking procedures for foreign parcels, before placing the order.

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any custom clearance procedures and payment of local duties in their destination country. We recommend that customers check their local regulations regarding customs before placing an order.

General Shipping Terms:

  • Carrier Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific courier service at your location. If the chosen shipping service is unavailable, we will select the best alternative for your area. We reserve the right to change the courier service without prior notice in cases of excessive volume, restricted items, or poor service records.
  • Grouping Orders: We advise grouping items in a single order, as we cannot combine separate orders. Each order will incur its own shipping fees.
  • Packaging: We take special care to protect fragile items in transit using high-quality bubble wrap and thermocol.
  • Liability: CodeSkool is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier service or postal authorities. We ensure that consignments are handed over to the courier service within the stipulated time frame, provided stock is available. If we are unable to dispatch items within 14 days under rare extreme conditions, a full refund, including tax and additional shipping fees, will be provided for the undelivered items.
  • Transit Insurance: CodeSkool does not provide transit insurance for lost or damaged parcels. Customers can claim such issues directly with the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely and secure delivery, the provided delivery timelines are based on our past experience and should be used as general guidance rather than a guarantee.
