CodeSkool Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy for Physical Products

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, photocell materials)
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at: support@codeskool.cc to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Wait for a return authorization from our team before sending the item back.
  3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Approval Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. Notification: We will email you confirming receipt of the returned item.
  2. Approval or Rejection: You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • If your refund hasn’t been received after this period, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you still need assistance, contact us at: support@codeskool.cc

 

Exchange Policy

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Items are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, email us at: support@codeskool.cc. You will then receive instructions on where to send your item.

International Shipments:

  • Ensure that the shipment reaches our warehouse safely before the refund is processed.
  • Any customs duties or local taxes incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.

 

Online Courses and Digital Products

Refunds for Online Courses:

  • Refund requests for online courses must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • We do not offer refunds for courses that have been accessed for more than 15% of the total content.

General Provisions

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted case-by-case for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts not due to our error.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Gift Returns: If a gift return is approved, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
